Case-Based Symposium on Complex Pediatric Knee Injuries: This session will feature in-depth, case-based discussions on complex pediatric knee conditions, including failed ACL reconstructions, severe osteochondritis dissecans (OCD), unstable discoid meniscus, tibial spine malunions, among others. Expert presenters will highlight the unique considerations of the pediatric knee, focusing on how to individualize treatment while minimizing the risk of physeal arrest in skeletally immature patients. For each case, they will present diagnostic strategies, treatment alternatives, and technical tips, all tailored to the specific challenges of growing patients. At the end of each case discussion, the speakers will summarize their management approach with a concise treatment algorithm designed to guide clinical decision-making in similar cases.
